Refund Policy
Short version: you can cancel anytime, we never charge without your permission, and if something is wrong we make it right.
Free scans cost nothing
Running a scan on your business is free and needs no card. Nothing is charged unless you buy credits or start a subscription.
Your $40 of free trial credit
When you start a trial we save a card but charge $0 that day. You get $40 of AI actions free. If you cancel before your credit runs out, you are never charged anything.
Subscriptions — cancel anytime
Cancel any Autopilot plan from Billing at any time and you will not be billed again. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment on a plan and are unhappy, email us and we will refund that first payment in full.
Annual plans (including Autopilot Max)
Annual plans are refundable in full within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days we refund the unused whole months, minus the AI actions already performed on your behalf.
AI action credits
Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Credits already spent on completed work — a review reply that posted, a Google post that published, a call the AI answered — are not refundable, because that work was really done and really cost us money.
Charges you did not expect
We never charge your card without your say-so. Auto-refill only happens if you switch it on and set a monthly limit, and you get an emailed receipt every single time. Larger diligence reports charge extra only after you confirm the exact count and total on screen. If a charge appears that you did not approve, contact us and we will refund it.
How to ask for a refund
Use the contact form or email support@mapscan.ai with the email on your account. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
